Fiesta is great Mexican food, I think it's the best restaurant in Sterling. The complimentary chips and salsa are fresh and amazing. The staff is nice, and the food comes out hot and fast. A convenient place to go for lunch hour. They also have a decent dinner menu, great carne asada YUM!

I order a Caldo de res (Beef soup) It was great. Lots of meat and the vegetables in it where cook just right. The service is great.
