First of all there was grease and chili all over the outside of the aluminum foil. The inside of the bag was covered in grease. The ends of the aluminum foil was open ended as was the tortilla that was used in the burrito. They were very very greasy and it went everywhere. It ruined clothing due to the poor wrapping and having grease all over everything. We frequent Santiago's in the Denver Metro area but after this experience we most likely will not go back to any locations. I'm sorry, but this was a poor experience with their product and in the end it ruined clothing. I was very disappointed at the lack of care their employees took in preparing their food.
